Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy
- to comply with all legal regulations related to occupational health and safety,
- to prevent occupational diseases and work accidents before they occur,
- to create a safe working environment by making continuous improvements by following the studies related to Occupational Health and Safety and technological developments,
- to ensure the participation of employees by providing training to all personnel on Occupational Health and Safety.
Our Environmental Policy
- to comply with the provisions of the International Environmental Legislation, Turkish Environmental Legislation and other relevant legislation,
- to establish the TS EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, to carry out production activities by applying the Environmental Management System,
- to provide trainings to improve the environmental awareness of our employees and to create sustainable environmental awareness,
- to use raw materials and energy resources efficiently,
- to reduce, reuse and recycle waste at its source with sustainable waste management, and, where it is not possible, to dispose of it within the scope of environmental legislation.
Our Human Resources Policy
The main objective of our Human Resources Policy is the creation of a common corporate culture by selecting the human resources suitable for the corporate structure of our company and providing the necessary training, development and training activities to create a competitive advantage.
